Kocha Taiwanese Delight

HIE..! HIE..! NI HAU MA...???....hehe...today's recommendation is about Taiwan food...hehe...this "Kocha Taiwanese Delight" is located at Jalan Burmah...is opposite Anson Park Food Court....this restaurant has been the one and only taiwanese restaurant i love to dine...so far i have ordered a lot of different kind of meal before....all taste great and no disapointment at all...hehe...they have erm..i dunno..i think more than 30 different kind of set meals... ranging from RM 10 to RM 30....they also provide other kind of ala carte dishes...well, i rarely order the ala carte lar...coz i felt the set meal very valueable..and wanna save money ma...haha..want to enjoy good food and also with great prices...the set meal itself already got the main meal with soup,vege,dessert,fruits and drinks...I seriously love the ambiance there...very comfortable..feels like u having a meal at home...very nice and simple interior inside the restaurant....you guys seriously must go and have a try over there....the price is very reasonable and the great thing is there is no service charge and govt. tax...this is the best thing of all...hahaha...!

Matsuki Japanese Restaurant

10 November 2009....

Tonight's dinner with dear is at " Matsuki Japanese Restaurant "...located at Cantonment Road,Penang...the business hours is from 12pm to 2.30pm and 6.00pm to 10.30pm...is been quite awhile that i haven't been to Matsuki since after dear has started his college till now...i still remember the first time i went there is with my bestfriend (Angeline) and his uncle who took us there for dinner...that was like years back then already..hehehe...hmm..let's talk about food...both of us have ordered a set meal...dear ordered a "Tori Katsu Curry Tei"...is actually a fried crispy chicken comes together with japanese curry and small diced potatoes in it....it taste very good..no lying..u might feel weird that..japanese food also got CURRY ar??? haha..yalo..they do have...the taste is pretty smooth and ofcoz is not as spicy as our asian curry..haha..i can say that is not spicy at all...but it taste great...okay..it comes along with rice, miso soup, salad, pickles and fruits...NICE! Come..lets talk about my set meal...i have ordered this " Special Lunch Bento "...My bento includes alot of HO LIAO, HO LIAO things lo..! hahaha...erm...it has unagi fish with teriyaki sauce, chicken teriyaki, 4 types of raw fish but some i dunno wat kind of fish is that la,i know the orange colour 1 is salmon, white is tuna, the other white is otopus and the red fish meat i dunno wats that..hahaha...but it was so fresh~!! yummy!!...hahaha... and then it also have rice,fried mix vegetables and 1 piece of yellow pickles...as for the sides...it comes with miso soup,japanese steam egg ( YUMMY! ) and fruits....Overall, Matsuki provide a good japanese food, price is affordable...there is still got alot of cheaper set meal that you can choose in the menu.... and for the ambience is okla...normal and simple....hehehe..

On 27 October 2009…

Is Tuesday again…Yeah~! Yeah~!...must be wondering why am I so happy rite?? Hahaha…because every Tuesday is my “DATING” day….get to spend time with my dear that’s why I’m so happy…hehehe..well today after my class at 2.30pm…I went back home and have a rest…then later that we have a plan to go for a swim at Marina Bay Apartment…its been a while d I haven’t go swimming with dear..cause last time we use to swim together quite often…hmm…den later that at night we went to gurney plaza and have our dinner meal…we had “CHILIS”….! We had ordered a small bowl of Mushroom Soup accompany with 2 piece of round cracker..well honestly I never have Mushroom Soup with cracker b4, this is the first time..kinda not worth it,bcoz the mushroom soup is so small..i think 3 big scoop can finish d…hahaha..then we ordered this Lamb Shoulder..it has this smash potato, garlic bread and some mix vegetables as a side dishes…the taste is fantastic..i never have a doubt on lamb b4..as long is lamb im happy enuff..hehehe…then we also ordered this Caesar Salad with grilled chicken… HmMmm.. Yummy~!!..i love Caesar salad very much…! Well..That’s all we ordered for food..we dare not order much because the portion of each food is kinda BIG..so we just share out our food..as for drinks..i only have skyjuice…haha..and my dear ordered a glass of bottomless apple juice..since get to refill den ma juz order 1 drink enuff lo den can share together….don’t have to spend much ma…overall the ambience is ok, very comfortable…the food will be a little bit pricy…The total bill is RM70 smthing….I have enjoyed my day that day…hehe..by the way…can u notice that we both are actually wearing the couple shirt???? Hahaha… = P *happy me*…..

Ritz Cake House

Cakes! Cakes! Cakes!.....hahaha…any1 is crazy bout having cakes? When each time I wanna buy any kind of cakes..i only think of 1 shop in my mind…is “ Ritz Cake House”…located in Prima Tanjung,Tanjung Tokong area…for a better understanding on where is Prima Tanjung..it was just opposite Island Plaza…yap, now u know where izzit…rite? Hehehe…Ritz Cake House sells many different kind of cakes..for example like..cheese cake,chocolate cake,mouse cake,fruit cake,…and bla bla bla…u just name it..except for ice-cream cake lar…that 1 u have to go to Maxim Cake house or Haagen Daaz only can get it..Why I recommend this shop…it was simply because their cakes taste **Marvellous! Their cakes is really very fresh and taste great…I love their fruit cake a lot…because I really enjoy their sponge cake..very soft..unlike others taste so dry…and also their chocolate cake…it was like oH My GOD~!!!...so nice,so rich and so chocolicious~!!! Manila Place

On 13 October 2009…

Today’s recommendation is Manila Place…located in Gurney Plaza,ground floor…My dear has ordered a set dinner which includes appetizer, main course, dessert and drink (RM 29.90)...he has choosen a Mint Lamb Chop set…the appetizer has a bowl of mushroom soup, small round bread with butter and 2 mini fried wantan..as for the main course is the Mint Lamb Chop accompanied with side salad and wedges..the lamb definitely taste great together with the mint sauce…the drinks he get to choose either ice peach tea, ice lemon tea, coffee or tea…he choose to go for ice lemon tea..lastly is the dessert..nth special about this..the dessert is just a scoop of chocolate ice-cream, drizzle with some chocolate sauce and peanuts…For me, I have choose an ala carte meal…I ordered a spaghetti chicken accompanied with 2 garlic bread (RM 14.90)...this is great,as I can take the garlic bread and dip in my dear’s mushroom soup and eat..kekekeke…as for my drinks..i have a glass of apple juice (RM 7.90)…Well, the thing which I like bout Manila Place is they will serve you a small glass of skyjuice..even though u did or did not order a drink…for those who wanna save money on drinks..u can just have those water for free flow…and ohya I forgot to mention..although I just ordered an ala carte meal..i also get to enjoy 1 small mini bun with butter too…hehehe…Overall,I’m kinda enjoy the meal.. although I did not order the set meal…but me and my dear just share out the food together and we enjoyed eating it and we enjoyed the set meal which comes with so many things…as for the food..erm..is not to say bad..but not really that extraordinary… and yet it is still ok for me…the price of the food is not to say expensive..but is exceptable..I like the ambience which kinda classy and standard and the way they present their food is very presentable…the total bill is RM 57.95 which includes 10% service charge…as for those who want to enjoy a set meal or taking their fren for a treat or bringing their lover for a meal or looking for inexpensive set meal…this is the place where u can consider for…

Does anyone know that HARD ROCK is here in Penang...??? Well ladies and gentleman....you definately have to update yourself...cause this news is ROCK..! Hahaha..well this Hard Rock Hotel is officially launch in Penang on 19 September 2009...It was located at Batu Ferringhi area..This place is breath taking...The hotel is fully inspired by the Rock & Roll Music...great place to hangout on the holiday...and also a great place to dine in the " Hard Rock Cafe"....haha the cafe is definately a place where you must go..Here is some pictures to let you guys explore around the Hard Rock Hotel and also together with some of the pictures that i have been taken with my friends...EnJoY~!!!!

Tonki Bento

Hallo..how are you? Haha..im fine here..nice to see you guys again..well, what I have for you guys today is “TONKI BENTO”…hehe..see the words also know that is related to japanese food lar rite…this Tonki Bento is located at Pulau Tikus area..the restaurant is just right behind Maxim Cake House…this japanese restaurant have this great deal during lunch hour only on Weekdays…the price of the bento set range from RM7.90 TO RM 20 if im not mistaken...There is a lot of choice for you to choose on the bento set..if you are finding a meal that is cheap,nice and valuable..this is the place where you can absolutely choose to dine for during lunch…but this bento set doesn’t come along with drinks…you may order a green tea for an additional price of RM1.00…Okay,lets talk about the food..i have ordered this deep fried salmon bento… the bento includes 6 things***…which is the Rice, Salmon, Salad, Macaroni, Fruits and Miso Soup…valuable rite?? Hahaha…the portion is not small ..when I eat it…is kinda satisfied to me..the salmon is so crispy~!! YUMMY~!!..maybe I have choosen the right food…hahaha..lucky me~!!! Overall is not bad…for my salmon set is Rm8.90 + RM 1.00 for drinks then the total bill is RM9.90…Cheap~!!!..maybe you can invite someone to accompany you to have lunch 1 day at this restaurant…Cheers!!! = )
